Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
 
• “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Refund Policies

 

Cancellation and refund policy:

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Service is billed in advance on a monthly/quarterly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued.
• Rx Media (Company) does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
